Full policy
As we move towards implementing the more secure Multifactor Authentication method of login across all UCO IT Systems, we need to make a small change to the login process for BONE.This will be the same via a web browser, and if you use the Moodle App on your phone.
If your BONE login ends in @uco.ac.uk you will need to click the OpenID Connect button which will redirect you to a UCO branded Microsoft 365 login page.
From there you should enter your email address and password the same as when logging into emails etc. You will be returned to your BONE homepage once you have completed login.
Note: If your BONE login is in any other format you should continue to use the username/password box in the same way you do now.
For more information, please see this SharePoint post, or posters around the building.
